... on a mid-week evening with few people around and also in the restaurant I tried their Galician cut and what can I say except: spectacular! cooked perfectly and still nice hot on the hot plate, but the meat was so good that even the last bite no longer hot was amazing. The welcome tomino cheese was excellent, I would have eaten a kilo.. and I must say that the apple pie with ice cream also impressed me. Personally I recommend it and if I have to make an observation it is only for the entrance to the room which seems a little provisional, poorly defined, a pity, because then the place, with its red bricks is pleasant, maybe it could be interesting to have a little more of light on the tables. I would like to try all kinds of meat they have...

The owner has the skills we look for to eat a good steak of which he can tell us every detail: origin, maturation, age and everything we want to know.

Last night I went to dinner at Rosso Mattone in Vercelli, excellent dishes, excellent professionalism, excellent place.....I recommend it, I wasn't able to take photos because everything was so delicious that I forgot.... I ate a plate of porcini mushrooms sublime tagliatelle with mushrooms and a gianduia semifreddo with gianduia cream and red fruits.......10 with praise for everything
